Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Shortly after the release of a new collection or similar, delivery times may be longer. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.
- WORLDWIDE
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working days. Shortly after the release of a new collection or similar, delivery times may be longer. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.
All shipments outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT) set by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and classification of the goods and are collected once your package reaches your country. Arcocustomz does not withhold duties and taxes during the order process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: if such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
