We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the goods to request a return.

If you wish to return an item because it was delivered damaged or incorrectly, we will investigate the matter and refund you the cost of returning the item.
Items that have obviously been glued or used cannot be refunded or exchanged. Therefore, please check that the fit is correct BEFORE gluing.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method with which the order was placed.
Arcocustomz does not cover shipping costs for returns.
